Eppo Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to orchestrate exciting marketing projects for a diverse range of clients.

This person will work closely with Andy Erickson, the owner of Eppo Marketing, to serve clients with marketing services. Your role will be to keep routine projects flowing smoothly and maintain clear communication with our team and clients. 

Enjoy the flexibility of a work-from-home position with part-time hours! You'll be an integral part of our close-knit team, working remotely while occasionally connecting in person. You will use your own computer, internet, and home office equipment. The ideal candidate will live in the state of Iowa. No out-of-country applicants will be considered. Eppo Marketing is looking for someone with available office hours between 9 am and 2 pm, four days a week. 

Eppo Marketing offers marketing services, also known as the fractional model, to small and medium-sized businesses in Iowa. This company functions as an alternative to hiring a full-time marketing director or a large agency. Eppo Marketing partners with a talented network of contractors and vendors to execute our marketing plans. Together, we are able to fulfill anything a client may need for marketing and more. 

Duties

• Coordinate projects, tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and schedules
• Communicate with project team members to share updates
• Coordinate promotional events
• Update routine status reports
• Facilitate change requests with all parties and impacts on the schedule 
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Proofread documents and presentations
• Maintain, organize, and manage access to cloud storage assets and media
• Perform other related duties as assigned 

What I am looking for

• Experience in project management
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail
• Strong experience with Google Workspace, Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets
• Self-motivated and able to focus while  working remotely from home
• Self-sufficient in managing your own computer and home technology
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
